GHAATI

MOVIE REVIEW :-Hello all, welcome to the review and here is our non spoiler review of the film (Ghati). After watching the movie, I have to say that I didn't like it. We have a lot of admiration for Krish. He shows some emotion properly in his movies. The storytelling is also innovative. But when it comes to Ghati, there are also some things that are missing. Actually, the first half was a bit okay, but the second half is not great. Anushka has one or two proper elevation scenes. There are such elevation moments. But if you look at the movie in totality, I didn't like it. Let's talk about why I felt that way in the in-depth review. Coming to the story, the story takes place in a ganja growing place called Easton Guards Sheelavathi. The character played by Anushka is also named Sheelavathi and there is a back story as to why she has that name. The story is about what Desi Raju and Sheelavathi are doing in those Ghats and how their lives have changed. Ghat means you may think Anushka is the lead but Vikram Prabhu's character drives the entire first half of the movie. What is Desi Raju's ideology? The narrative of how Sheelavathi joined Desi Raju is the first half. In fact, in the first half, the characters are introduced and the story starts quickly. We get invested in seeing the portions of how ganja is smuggled. But once the entire syndicate is shown, the main conflict is opened. Even though this conflict is regular, here we see Sheelavathi as the protagonist, so there are more chances of it becoming interesting. Vikram Prabhu has good moments in the first half. Not only Vikram Prabhu, but Chaitanya Rao shines well as the villain. Krish garu is a good choice in this, having seen 30 Vets 21, he will dominate the first half. The interval bank will be heavy, so after such a heavy interval, we think they will change the basing from the second half. The issues will start a little from the second half. The main issue comes and the dialogues should be taken forward and the narrative should be taken forward. They should also be added to the story. Just by looking at Anushka's face there, we will understand that emotion. No need to spell it out again. Ideology is also exchanged between characters. Again, here too, they think that the characters will inject ideology into the people, so the strength of the scenes has decreased. Let me give you a small example of how these dialogues work against the movie. Jagapathi Babu comes to the doctor's house. He asks Seelavati to come. Again, in the next scene, Seelavati specifically says that we have met three times. Even without these dialogues, the characters easily understand that they have met. I like the dialogues in Krish's movies.

2) It was written by Sai Madhav, but ideology comes from the maker. Krishnam Vande Jagadgunam is there. In it, the heroine character says a dialogue, saying that the one who sees the pleasure of the bed becomes an animal, the one who sees the pain of the heart becomes a man, and there is a scene where a foreign girl saves the hero in the fence, it would be very good, there would be a dialogue there too. He says that motherhood is the same in any country, and he uses those dialogues so precisely that unless the dialogues are enhanced, the scene does not seem overdone. But the main issue of the movie is this overdoing, whether it is emotion or fight or blood bath, it is the same. These have affected the movie. That is, the short division in the written ideas ideology scene, all these are good on paper. When executed, it is as if everything was done to go a bit extra. There should be balance in violence too. The violence done by the villain goes to extreme. Due to this, the feeling of the villain role that was initially liked in the second half is lost. The movie ends on a very regular note. Again, you can understand that a lot of effort was put into the movie. Anushka's performance is good, but without the help of dialogue, we can understand what she is feeling with emotions. We who have done the fights believe that in fact we whistle when Anushka gets elevation shots. The conflict given to her is also good, but the plot point is designed like that.

3) They do it a little extra. But Anush does things like stomping with his feet. It seems that the next fights will work only if they are built so heavily. The same thing happens for the interval. I mentioned a scene in Kanche, even if that scene comes in that movie, it adds something to the story and the theme. But there is no such scene here. Now, if there is such heavy emotion, it is as if anything can be done in the second half. I personally do not like that choice. Vikram Prabhu's acting is good. They tried to give a definition to the role of Jaggubaya but it did not work. Chaitanya Rao's character was properly set as a villain but towards the end, the impact was lost. He was just made like a regular villain. The cast of Gatti Tribe is good but they give them difficulties that they do not have to face to make them empathize but they do not give them any moments. That is, there is a scene in the Veda, what is the calculation? In Idichara by Krishnamya Jagadguru, there is a good moment with the grandfather digging the soil. That is, they show their heart. I missed that, that is the tribe's heart and soul.
